An ancient passageway that travels a few miles through the subterranean cavern system that stretches across the Land of Wind. This distinct path appears to be hand carved from some prehistoric tribe of natives to the region.

The oldest structure found within the Land of Wind stretching higher than any point within the village. Thought to be the birthplace of all life within the region, many believe that the spirit locally known as "Mother Suna" once lived in this grandiose tower. Now adapted to serve as the Kazekage Tower, this landmark is still the destination for an ancient pilgrimage that is still practiced by the religious residents within the Land of Wind.

As the Chikamatsu were one of the first clans to settle in the area, it didn't take long for them to build up their collection of medicinal herbs. As the clans gathered, the demand for their services grew until it hit the point where their small greenhouse of herbs developed into a fully operational hospital. Now, the Chikamatsu Sanctum, or just "The Sanctum", provides medical services and training to the people and shinobi of the Village Hidden in the Sand.

The Occupational Assassination, Spy, and Interrogation System also known as "The O.A.S.I.S." is where the gathering clans within the Land of Wind have agreed to share their techniques and jutsu mastery with the growing population of the village in order to develop a stronger generation of shinobi within this desolate landscape.

During the day, the Souk is filled with brightly colored fabrics, the wonderful smells of spices and freshly made foods, and he laughter of children, but as the sun sets a new atmosphere fills the streets. The once open and welcoming shops quickly become barred and locked corridors as more illicit trade is known to take place within the walls of Sunagakure at night. Whether you are looking for illegally traded substances or arms the criminals throughout the Land of Wind gather to the Souk, garnering it the reputation of being the "Soulless Souk" of the Land of Wind.
