Earth Style: Phoenix Flower
The user condenses the flames to coat five shuriken to launch out at any number of targets each dealing 65% Base Damage at +1 Accuracy. On a successful hit, the target has a 15% Chance to be Burnt for the rest of the round.

Cost: 3 AP, 75 CP

Notes:

• Burnt Targets take Fire Damage equal to 5% of CP Spent. So if a Burnt Target spends 100 CP, they take 5 Fire Damage.
  
• The Burnt Condition is removed if the Burnt Target is hit by Water Style Ninjutsu or are healed by Medical Style Ninjutsu.

Fire Style: Burning Ash
The user summons a cloud of ash that covers the area, covering up to 3 targets at +0 Accuracy.  At the start of each round the targets within the cloud take 50% Base Damage.

Special Action: Burn! The user can spend 1 AP and 50 CP to cause the ash to detonate dealing 200% Base Damage at +0 Accuracy to all within the cloud of ash. On a successful hit, the target has a 15% Chance to be Burnt for the rest of the round.

Cost: 3 AP, 75 CP and 50 CP per Round

• Targets within the cloud can spend 1 AP to attempt to escape the cloud with a 25% success chance.
  

Fire Style: Dragon's Breath
The user spews out a stream of super-heated air at a target dealing 360% Base Damage at -1 Accuracy. On a successful hit, the target has a 15% Chance to be Burnt for the rest of the round.

Special Action: Breathe - The user can spend +1 AP and 25 CP to instantly strike at a second target dealing 180% Base Damage at -1 Accuracy. This special action is timed as if costing 0 AP. On a successful hit, the target has a 15% Chance to be Burnt for the rest of the round.
