Two ravens make their way toward the cypress gates flying high, each with a letter to a different Kage. If all goes according to plan they will make their way unimpeded and deliver the messages allowing for the open communication between the nations for the first time. However there was never a flight that caarried message without risk, and if the messages were nabbed or altered it could be catastrophic for all involved.
