Naturally formed gates that are formed by massive water cypress' that connect via their branches. This waterway is the only in and out of the village as a whole, however it is not the only place to find guards along the woodland walls of the city. It is said when the village was founded the trees parted way for the Shinobi to call this their home.

The Treetop Academy is where those who have been chosen to be Shinobi prove their metal. A rite of passage that solidifies the life or death nature of their lives from the start.

Home of the Mizukage and official office to the Sannin, the Great Tree Hall stands as a beacon for all the swamp to see. Though only in the village can you tell that it's purpose is that of a home.
